Kurt Kaufman

Chief Operating Officer

Kurt oversees real estate operations and transactions for the company and its affiliated entities. He manages and executes the company’s overall operations, acquisition, disposition, financing, and development investments.

He also advises and coordinates on the execution of the firm’s real estate investments and strategic objectives. Kurt brings more than 20 years of operation and investment management experience to the role. Before joining the company, he was Chief Operating Officer at Brixton Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Prior to that, he held various roles at The Abbey Company, a private real estate owner and operator in California. Kurt received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University.
